Duel per day system (DPD)

Dpd system is a system where people we randomly choose have to duel 2/3 and have to post results.... They will loose 50 points if they don't duel and if they duel, they will get 10 points

I'm sorry but this is a bit... stupid... Forcing people to duel or they lose points?

People are rarely dueling and besides, even if you lose then you don't lose any points-but if you win; then you get 10 points so what's the harm in trying to win?

There is non but people are dueling in the academy, and forcing people to duel or they lose that amount of points is ridiculous... I mean. I can understand if you're an admin because you can give yourself 1000 points if you wanted too, like yourself Aakash for example. But I don't like this idea at all. Just my opinion.

I do not like it either, people like me who do not like online duels would lose points just because we dont want to. Granted I an admin have unlimted amounts of money there are other people who do not. You want to force them into doing something that they do not like and think is stupid. This really should not be a thing. People duel in the academy, the duel arena is pretty popular and you are gonna pull this move penalizing someone 50 points? What are you gonna do if someone has 0 points, you gonna derank them or something? This is unethical.

I'm afraid that I have to agree with JD and Mania... Unethical and really is unfair... Only a certain amount of people (admins) have infinite cash so, no... You would put the whole academy at risk with that move... And dueling here is very popular, Duel Arena is favored and duel request are asked so why would you need that? And there is also outside dueling so what you have just put into place will destroy this academy... And I would like to lead an active Adreus Blue then a dead one...

You should have really done this as a Poll as you will be informed if you should have it... This, This isn't ethical for the academy and you just damn right introduced something and hope it will work... The academy is going to suffer and it will be your fault...

Honestly, this is ridiculous, I always challenge people and there are a lot more active members now than before, and what happens if someone (like me who plays at a library) doesn't have time to do it or even finish? And honestly 50 points is ridiculous and I agree with Gohan, if I'm going to be white leader, I want to lead an active white dorm, not a dorm full of people who are never on because they don't want to be forced into dueling..........

And one more thing.... What happens if someone is inactive because something goes wrong somehow and their name comes up, technically they didn't do the duel they were supposed to so they would lose points because of a real life problem.... this is insane, and honestly I want to be part of a duel academy, not a forced to duel academy.

I completely agree with the whole thought of a duel a day. This is a yugioh academy, thus you duel. If you don't duel, then what is the point of being here? The only thing I don't like is penalizing someone for so much. A few points is fine, but 50 is too much. The whole point of dueling is to get better. And practice makes perfect. If you don't practice, you won't get better. The DPD Policy is made to help duelist get better. Which is exactly what I was talking about when I made a post a couple weeks ago.

This isnt right though, why be forced to duel when someone like me who doesnt like online duels. I agree that dueling is something you have to do to get better but I prefer online duels and some policy like this is just unfair and unnatural. There should not be a rule that forces you to duel with as many people dueling as is on here. This is just gonna be some random way to penalize someone and its unjust. As I said I do agree that dueling is something you need to do on here but why have it as a forced thing on here? There should not be any reason for this to be a rule and I vote that we take this stupid rule off of the academy.

I do think people should have to duel at least once a day but you cant force them and penalizing them for it is BS so i think we should just let them do what they are going to do the people who want to get better will duel the people who dont care will sit there and talk about random stuff.
