Blue Dorm HW -- Week 02 : Ruling Quiz 01

********PLEASE NOTE : You will have to PM me your answers whenever I give Ruling Quizzes (I will post this every time as a reminder.) so that you cannot look at the person above you and steal their answers without thinking for yourself. These ruling questions cannot be discussed on the chat or you will be kicked with a possible ban if you continue.****
The 10 pointers will be 5 pts for the correct yes or no answer and UP TO 5 pts for explaining correctly or listing all the things correctly. This quiz is made up of 70 pts total for the main 8 questions and 30 points if you choose to do the Extra Credit, you can get up to 100 pts for doing both Extra Credit and the regular 8 questions.

1. [5 points] If I have a Dracossack and 1 Mecha Phantom Beast Token on the field and my opponent uses Dark Hole, what happens?
2. [10 points] Player A negates Solemn Judgment, Does Player B still pay lifepoints? Please explain why or why not for your yes or no answer.
3. [5 pts.] Give an example of an effect of an effect monster that is a Mandatory Effect.
4. [10 pts.] If you summoned a Stardust Dragon through Starlight Road and used it's effect to negate a Dark Hole, Can you special summon it during the end phase? Why or why not?
5. [10 pts.] Give 5 examples of Spell Speed 2 cards.
6. [10 pts.] If you summon a Stardust Dragon then your opponent uses Solemn Warning, Can you use Stardust Dragon's effect to negate it? Why or why not?
7. [10 pts.] List the Meta Decks. If you do not list the correct number of Meta Decks or add more than needed or less or taking out the actual Meta Decks, then you will not get the full credit.
8. [10 pts.] Player A summons a Winged Dragon Of Ra (legal vers.) and then pays all their LP but 100 to power up his ATK (Player A had 7000 LP before using effect) then goes to BP. Player B activates Skill Drain, what happens and what ATK is Ra at? Explain.

EXTRA CREDIT -- CANCELED THIS WEEK, It was going to be 30 pt Banlist Prediction assignment but since the banlist has been leaked (if it was even the real deal)...it is now cancelled. There will be an Extra Credit in 2 weeks on HW assignment 04 - Ruling Quiz 02.
