now, official this is for all dorms

1. u guys can participate, if a blue dorm person gets a second place or even a brown dorm person gets a second place, they got to white dorms

2. past leaders will go to this dorm if they lose their position as leader

3.the winner will be the leader of white dorm, and will also be placed in abandoned dorm
