Rules while taking a test

yea so people keep on asking me about rules.... well i jusst posted them

1. No exodia, stall and burn the rest are ok and no banned decks
2. use ur best deck.... id nt want any of this stuff like.... i didn't use my best deck so yea... i used my weak deck so please retetst me.... it makes me feel annoyed
3. if u think ur tester is doing something wrong then, contact an admin
4. if u think ur admin is doing misplays and all the bad stuff... then please understand that it is being done for testing so dnt go against them or anything cause we wnt help u for stuff like that

can we retake tests? or is there just one evaluation of our skill and decks???
