This will be completely different from the other two. The people that get the 2 highest votes on either the blue/white poll, but don't get the position will have to duel it out in a match duel to decide the brown dorm leader.

well by the looks of things only Why aren't I Banned? got votes in the white poll and no one else. And in the blue dorm poll Gohan has 6 votes and I have 3 and three other people got 1 voted each. How will you work this one out for brown dorm leader then?

Well, unless someone else get's about 3 or so votes, you'll be the brown leader, as 1 or 2 votes doesn't show that enough people want you to be the leader.
