Suggestion : How to get more testing and active testers

I already got Aakash and Jackachu to agree with this. My idea is to encourage more people to become testers (until we've reached the amount maximum) and also encourage people to not be lazy and actually test. I think if we award idk 5 or 10 pts each test to the tester, then I think we will have more active testers and people tested. I would like feedback from more members though.

I can see payment to staff, but a weekly amount to the people who did their job and were on.
