yea what killua said and remove all those traps that stall because dragons are a powerfull deck with high atk power and they don't need stalling. Also add extra deck cards and remove cards like poly because I personally think that dragons are better off with poly since they're pretty powerfull on their own. lord of D and snipe hunter are useless. Add trade in instead because that can help you to send blue eyes to grave and the most important thing is that choose a deck type like chaos dragons, e-dragons or blue-eyed maiden or some other specific type (google if if you're unsure) and then post it so we can work on that.
