Well, when/if we have a sucessful tournament starchips are given out as a thing to show whether or not you have won tournaents. If we have enough tournaments, there may be an actual use for them, but for now they are just there.

It has changed a bit, just making it look nicer since its what is done. Still looks decent enough.
