Brown Dorm Hw-Week 2

All I want you guys to do is give me a detailed explanation on what the new December Banlist is going to bring. Outline which cards you think will be banned, semi-limited and limited and which cards will be brought back from being banned, being limited etc. The maximum amount of points for this is 25 ADA points. I'll decide how many you get depending on the detail included. Pm me the answers on this academy and plz do not post them as a reply to this post.
